Social work has emerged as levels discipline with professionalism in the field of community development, counselling, personal management, health care, women and child welfare, disaster management etc. trained professional social workers are the inevitable components of human development activities promoted by the government and non-government organizations. Goal of this department is "Intended to enlighten, educate, and train professional social workers to empower potentialities, leadership qualities, and service integration through the use of scientific methods and social worker techniques to reach out to families throughout the world."
